It is set in a beautiful location just a short walk from the centre of Ericeira and very close to the sea front. There is a surf school called Surf Riders across the road which our teenagers used for surf school and thoroughly enjoyed. The seafront walks are so beautiful and breathtaking. "We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "We received cancellation notice at 8:30am on the day of our stay. No warning at all. We were left scrambling for a place to stay for our family of five. I have reached out to the VRBO person and she has not responded to me whatsoever. I hate leaving negative reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous."

"Nous avons bien aimé l’endroit. Le sofabed était confortable et les lits aussi. Pas d’air climatisé, donc un peu chaud la nuit. L’hôte parle français et il nous a accueillis avec de bonnes pastéis de Nata. Il était facile de communiquer avec lui en cours de séjour. A deux stations de métro de l’aéroport et à côté de la gare de bus et station de métro Oriiente. Nous avons profité du centre d’achat Vasco de Gamez à pieds pour aller souper en famille. "Interesting place to stay! Boat was clean and large enough for 2 couples. The surrounding area was built for Expo ‘98. There are some run-down buildings when walking one-way and then the aquarium and a gondola the other way."

"We had a spacious and luxurious suite with a kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable, beautiful views. The Terrace restaurant had a sumptuous breakfast and delicious lunches. Staff were very friendly and nice. My younger sun loved the Kids club."
