"It's a nice little place but I struggled to find it in the dark because the door is hard to see and the three words guide didn't work. Once I got in the place was really cold and took a long time to warm up, the conservatory/sitting area never got warm. No internet was a disappointment. That said it served my purpose, the bed was comfy and I would stay again. "

"The apartment is lovely comfortable and well equipped. It is near the sea and the centre of town. You can park outside without fear of charges. Southwold is charming and friendly with great offering of places for foodies. I recommend an Adnams tour. We did the distillery one but you prefer beer, Adnams is delicious. We spent most of time walking, visiting things in and out of town and coming and going from the property. It is a very good place to stay and relax. It gets great reviews...

"Cutlery drawer smells musty, has cutlery been put away wet. The accessibility is limited, the toilet is difficult for a wheelchair user and can only be reached in a small wheelchair, similar problem with the shower. I use a standard manual wheelchair and I struggled."

"We needed a weekend away as a family as Christmas wasnt as expected with an unexpected loss of a loved one. This cottage offered us all the cosiness we needed to be together, but space too! "Great location, good to have two bathrooms. Showers had excellent pressure. Floors, oven and fridge very clean, as were sheets and towels. Pillows were yellow, dust under the bed, sofa, blinds and radiators (I hoovered under the bed in the double bedroom and removed dust from the radiators during our stay). Windows were very dirty and in need of cleaning outside. Kettle was full of limescale. Paintwork would have benefitted from being wiped down on some internal doors and walls."

"The property was perfect for myself, my husband and our cocker spaniel. It was comfortable and cosy with a lovely bed and great shower. Communication with the owner, Christina, was perfect. Everything we could have wanted was available at the property including treats for the dog. We enjoyed visiting some lovely towns and villages in the area. Unfortunately the stormy weather stopped us from going walking as there are many footpaths nearby. We would certainly return to this property. "
