"Rooms are perfect for two for a weekend away , big, bright and airy. The location is spectacular. Reception are always helpful and engaging. Doors open straight on to Lake Michigan which you can gaze at from the in room jacuzzi. This was a return visit , they happily agreed to a special request for the same room from a previous trip which was very gracious of them. Will definitely be back. Thank you"

"The hotel provided a good service. But their picture of the pool area on Expedia needs to be changed. They don’t have a hot tub anymore and it shows one in the picture. That was the main reason that I picked this hotel. So we were very disappointed "
