Villa Francesca has an ideal location, just a few meters from the nearest beach and a few minutes drive from the coveted historic town of Alcudia, where you can find all the indispensable services to enjoy an exceptional vacation. Villa Francesca offers you all the comforts for a pleasant vacation. This house is the ideal choice for all those guests who want to enjoy a quiet vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of a city, but at the same time close to all services and amenities. The best of all are the beaches of crystal clear waters that can be reached on foot, just a few minutes away from the house.

Inside, on the second floor, the house has an impressive living-dining room with high ceilings, spacious and very bright with access to the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, where we can share dinners and meals with family and friends, the master bedroom, located on this same level, has an en suite bathroom. On the lower level we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom, between the two floors we have the fully equipped kitchen (renovated with high-end materials) and a laundry room. the house offers air conditioning.
