1.-GET a Voucher to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.
2. CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN TO YOU THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES.

Cozy 3 bedroom house in Port Alcudia 100 meters from the sea, newly renovated (2017 season).
Diana is a spacious house located in the beautiful residential area of Port Alcudia, just 100 meters from the beach, which benefits from a perfect location and a light sea breeze that refreshes the hot summer days. This villa welcomes 6 people, plus the possibility of 2 children. It has an outdoor area with pool, 3m x 2. 20m, umbrella, terrace and grill. A house to enjoy a spectacular vacation.

Distribution
There are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and three with two single beds, also a new sofa bed perfect for two (150x190cm). There are also two bathrooms. There is a beautiful living room with comfortable furniture and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all modern appliances. From the living room you can access, through doors of a glass to an exterior porch, there you can find a pool of 3mx2. 20m, dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors. There is also a barbecue and chill-out area, this is the best place to spend warm summer days in the shade enjoying the cool sea breeze. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!

Comfort and Services
Internet, TV, Fridge, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine. Fully equipped with towels and bedding.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3 When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.

Realize there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00.
