Tolle Finca mit kleinen Mängeln
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit der Familie in der Finca. Der Aussenbereich, der Pool und der Garten waren schön. Uns hat die große Sommerterrasse mit großem Tisch und Tischtennis Platte gefallen und der Sommerküche gefallen. Tolle Lage, absolute Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und braucht ein Update. Das Geschirr gehört erneuert, auch mehr Töpfe wären hilfreich. Das große Bad oben hatte eine defekte Armatur und konnte nicht genutzt werden.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleineren Mängeln
Die Lage der Finca ist Top. Kurze Wege nach Alcudia und Pollenca. Kleinere Abzüge bei den Betten. Diese bzw. die Matratzen bzw. Lattenroste müssten mal erneuert werden. Eine Armatur in einem Badezimmer war defekt. Da es genügend Ausweichmöglichkeiten gab ok, aber grundsätzlich sollte das vor der Ankunft der Gäste gecheckt werden. Fernsehen ging auch nicht, war uns aber nicht wirklich wichtig.

Great house with a lot of space. Unfortunately a bit outdated and minor items are broken (badroom lights). Nevertheless the house is great for lege families. Sauna, Jaccuzi and pool are a great feature !

In die Jahre gekommen
Die Finca ist außen sehr schön, großes Haus, großes Gelände. Innen ist leider lange nicht investiert worden. Die Stühle am großen Esstisch sind morsch, einige Steckdosen sind ohne Abdeckung (für Kinder gefährlich), in den Bädern roch es auch nach intensievem Lüften muffig. Alle Möbel sind einfach sehr gebraucht, die Betten knarrten. Heizung/Warmwasser bei Ankunft defekt, nach dem 3. Besuch lief sie. Sehr schön ist der große Garten mit den Zitronenbäumen, der Pool und die gute Lage der Finca.

Außen hui, innen eher Durchschnitt
Das Haus macht von außen einen tollen Eindruck, schöne Terrasse, toller Pool, auch super Gesamtgröße für 8 Personen. Es war sauber und auch für den täglichen Gebrauch war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung an sich ist allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen: Die Betten quietschen stark, die Esszimmerstühle waren verschmutzt, die Küche ist sehr verbraucht und die Bäder müssten definitiv überarbeitet werden. Es müsste nochmal ein bisschen investiert werden.

grosszügige Finca
Die Finca war gut gepflegt und der Service hat super geklappt. Am Anfang war die Kapselkaffeemaschine defekt, welche sofort ersetzt wurde und als wir ein Problem mit dem Whirlpool hatten, wurde auch dieses umgehend behoben. Wir waren 2 Familien und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Da das Haus an einer unübersichtlichen Strasse liegt, empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad ist es nicht so praktisch zu erreichen (vorallem mit Kindern!).

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
1 Woche über Silvester. Man hat riesig viel Platz, vier geräumige Schlafzimmer, eine riesige Wohnküche sowie Wohnzimmer. Das Grundstück ist ebenfalls riesig, allerdings etwas ungepflegt (vielleicht wird es im Sommer besser gepflegt) der Spielplatz und das Volleyball Feld sind komplett verwildert und auch nicht mehr in einer guten Verfassung. Ansonsten ist das Haus und die Ausstattung in einem guten Zustand. Der Pool, der Wirlpool und die Sauna wurden nicht benutzt. Und das wichtigste, die Heizung hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Gerne buchen wir dieses Haus bald wieder.

Great for Families
Toppen för två familjer med små barn. Ganska långt från havet och faciliteter - bil är ett måste. Hyfsat stor pool och bra för stora middagar.
