Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia; the largest beach in Mallorca. Alcudia is located between the natural reserve of the Albufera and the mountains of "Sa Victoria". In Puerto de Alcudia you will find many restaurants, shops, leisure and water sports.

"Pericas" has 4 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, while the other two have 2 single beds each. In the house there are a total of 2 bathrooms with toilet, one of them equipped with shower and the other one with bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The living-dining room has satellite TV and all the amenities.

The terrace, which has a barbecue, is fully furnished so that you can eat in the fresh seafront.

This beautiful accommodation shares the entrance with the flat on the first floor.

Great property and good location
The property is well positioned and a short walk to old town Alcudia. Close to main beaches in Alcudia by car. The villa has everything you need for your stay and is clean and neat. The view over the bay is spectacular from the relaxing front porch. The neighbourhood is quiet and in the older part of Alcudia so don't expect buzzing tourist activities in this area, but that’s what we enjoyed. It was really nice after a long beach day to return and chill out on the porch overlooking the bay. Overall we had a great stay and can recommend this property. Would like to return soon.

Worst host to a holiday property ever (and I've been to loads)
The booking process was draconian. Each guest had to provide a photo of their passport and sign a box online, including a 20 month old baby! When we arrived there was no welcome pack, but more problematic was the lack of any information pack to tell you how to use any appliances, or how to provide the meter reading they required, plus the location of supermarkets, and the other sort of info that I have always come to expect from a reputable agent/host. Nobody came to check on us. Had they done so I would have spoken to them about the very unpleasant cockroach infestation to one of the bathrooms. There were no beach towels, which is unusual. To summarise, the host made no effort whatsoever to make the stay more enjoyable, and this included them failing to book our transfer home. I will never use your company again.

Buen apartamento, grande y amplio, zona muy tranquila cerca del pueblo.
Muy bonitos los amaneceres y atardeceres con el mar en frente y una copita en la mano. Se pueden mejorar muchas cosas, la casa esta para hacer una pequeña reforma, las puertas cierran mal, las cerraduras van muy duras por el oxido, las duchas y cocina faltaria cambiar griferias ya que algunas estan embozadas y el el agua no sale con fluidez. En definitiva una pequeña reforma.

Eine schöne Lage allein reicht nicht aus
Zuerst das Gute. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist wirklich kaum zu toppen und die Betreuung durch mallorca villa selection ist wirklich sehr gut, man hat sich hier wirklich bemüht uns zu helfen. Nun aber zum Appartement, hier ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei weitem nicht gegeben. Die Küchenausstattung läßt schwer zu wünschen übrig, die Pfannen z.B. waren so eklig,das ich sie nicht benutzen konnte, wir haben allerdings nach Reklamation direkt 2 neue Pfannen bekommen. Hier könnte ich noch einiges aufzählen. Was auch nicht so toll war, ist die Heizung. Man konnte sie weder runter stellen noch ausmachen. So das wir an manchen Tagen bis zu 27 Grad in der Wohnung hatten auch Nachts. Was aber am schlimmsten war, war der Baulärm. Direkt neben uns wurde saniert und in der Nähe wurden 2 Strassen ausgebessert. Also ab 08:00 so richtig schöner Baulärm. Wir haben dies vor Ort reklamiert und um Preisnachlass gebeten aber nichts ist passiert. Auch die ganze Wohnungsausstattung hat schon bessere Jahre erlebt. Natürlich kann man hier Urlaub machen, tolle Lage und man kann hier wohnen, es ist alles da (die Betten übrigens sind o.k.) allerdings nicht zu diesem Preis. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich wesentlich mehr. Es ist eigentlich ein Juwel, aber man sollte schon ab und zu mal in dieses Juwel inverstieren.

We had a great time at the villa! Thanks for being so easy-going and quick to respond to our queries
Beautiful views from this well-planned villa! We were four families, two with four small children between us and because of how the villa was planned-out the grand parents could sleep without being disturbed by toddlers in the night. Big plus for that. Having breakfast with this wonderful view of the mountains was another plus. We arrived in the off-season so most places close to us were closed but Alcudia town was only about 15 minutes away.

This is a spacious apartment in an unbeatable location overlooking Es Barcares bay- only 1 km to Alcúdia old town but with all the beauty and tranquility of being right next to the sea. Great for swimming too. Local restaurant 1 minute away. Simona from MVS was very helpful and friendly.

Schönes Haus mit perfektem Ausblick, aber...
Der Blick von der Terrasse ist perfekt und entschädigt für einiges. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens war ein Zimmer unbewohnbar und sobald der Kleiderschrank in diesem Raum geöffnet wurde, kam einem ein starker Schimmelgeruch entgegen. Da wir nur drei Schlafzimmer benötigten, konnten wir diesen Raum zum Glück verschlossen lassen. Die Möbel sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, aber aufgrund des hervorragenden Wetters, hat sich alles draußen abgespielt. Die Matratzen sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, wodurch bei allen Mitreisenden die Nächte nicht sehr erholsam waren. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und wenn man mal eine Monatsmiete investieren würde, könnte man daraus ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil machen.

Tolle Aussicht! Möbel Schrott!
Traumhafte Lage mit schöner Terrasse, das wars dann schon ! Nichts funktioniert! Fast alle Möbel sind zerstört und teilweise schon gefährlich! Das man bei dem Preis es nicht schafft die Immobilie in Stand zu halten ist mir schleierhaft. Gartenmöbel sind ALLE defekt, Sonnenliegen nicht zu gebrauchen! Couch durchgesessen, wenn man einmal drin sitzt kommt man nicht mehr raus! In der Küche funktioniert absolut gar nichts! Spülmaschine, Herd, Kaffeemaschine defekt! Fazit: muss nicht nochmal sein. PS: eben grad bei Abreise den Grund gefunden warum es in unserem Schlafzimmer so stickig war. Im Kleiderschrank regnet es durch die Decke !! Ach so, Klimaanlage und Ventilator Fehlanzeige!!

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Blick
Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind für eine Woche dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön, allerdings vermitteln die Fotos größere Räume. Es ist Platz genug für alle und das Kind konnte sich ohne ständiges aufpassen müssen frei bewegen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Matratzen sind gut und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Auf der Terasse zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen ist der absolute Hammer. Und der Blick aufs Meer. Ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder
