Villa Joana Barcares is an incredible house for 10 people with a pool, modern and conveniently located between the beaches of Es Clot and Morer Vermell, which are just 200 meters away and the old town of Alcudia, 500 meters away, with its many narrow streets, Intimate restaurants and a good selection of shops.

The villa is named after the small beach "Barcares" which is located on the north side of the coast, just 400 meters from the villa. The proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach make this an ideal place for a family vacation.

Villa Joana de Barcares has 5 bedrooms (the house accommodates up to 10 people), 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, an exquisite porch facing the garden and a 10 x 5 meter pool.

This house is perfect for those families and groups who want to enjoy a quiet vacation, in a unique natural environment and just a few minutes walk from restaurants and supermarkets in a city as Mediterranean as Alcudia.

The perfect weekend at an incredible property!
Beautiful, well kept house with many amenities. Each guest was so comfortable and we had plenty of room. Great, quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood. Fantastic patio and balcony. Would come back and would definitely recommend!

Friendly Employees & Wonderfull Finca
The Finca was very comfortable with everything you Need for a nice vacation with Family or Friends. If there are any technical Problems or other questions, the employees answer you as soon as possible and try to find a quick Solution. The Location of the finca is very good. Within a few minutes you are in Alcúdia Town or at the beachside. We really enjoyed our stay!

Es war einfach klasse! Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz. Der Kontakt sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet u zentral gelegen. Kleiner Spaziergang bis in die wunderschöne Altstadt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden u haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!!! Herzlichen Dank.

Great stay would recommend
The villa is huge, very spacious and well kept. Pool was great sun shone on it for hours. Bbq was handy and plenty of sun loungers. Perfect villa for our stay. 10 minute walk into alcudia old town, 15 min drive to pollensa Main bathroom shower was cold. Luckily we didn’t mind and there were many other showers to use in the villa.

Beautiful villa
We liked the size of the pool, seating areas outside, the villa itself is spacious throughout. We liked the layout of the villa. Location is good although a supermarket closer would have been better. But it’s still only a short taxi ride away, The water and snacks left for us helped on arrival was a lovely thought. We found a few windows which didn’t lock. We are also abit upset that as the villa is up for sale we won’t be able to return, overall we had a fantastic holiday where my son learned to swim. We will keep looking for another villa next year. Thankyou bebreeze

Belle villa propre et fonctionnelle
La propreté, la situation géographique (commerces et mer à pied tout en étant au calme), la belle terrasse, son jardin, sa piscine. Les chambres séparées par des salles de bains donc intimes. Les oreillers sont beaucoup trop petits. Certains ont eu du mal à trouver leur sommeil et mal au cou. Il faudrait proposer des oreillers supplémentaires. Nous étions à mi-saison, avec un jour de pluie, et un temps moyen. Les serviettes de douche ne pouvaient pas sécher : nous conseillons d’installer des sèches-serviettes électriques dans au moins deux salles de bains. Nous avons eu froid dans la pièce de vie (entrée, salon, cuisine) Cette maison est idéal pour l’été.
