Casa Blanca is a 4-bedroom holiday house for 6 people with 2 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and 200 metres from Alcudia beach.

The best thing about this property is its privileged location, just 50 metres from Lake Esperanza and 200 metres from Puerto de Alcudia beach, the longest sandy beach in all of Mallorca, and very close to the area with shops, restaurants and bars.

Outside, there are pretty terraces perfect for sunbathing. There is a large shaded open-air dining area, ideal for al fresco breakfasts and barbecues.

Casa Blanca is a single-storey holiday home that was completely renovated in 2019. The entrance of the house leads you into a cosy living room with sofas, the dining room and the TV area. A few metres away is the fully equipped kitchen.

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 2 rooms with a single bed each, for a total of 6 people. There are 2 large family bathrooms with showers.

All rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times, from 8:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00).
This is a perfect accommodation for all guests looking for a relaxing holiday without having to rely on a car, with swimming pool and next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca.

Very good location, but not ok that the AC was off from 9 to 17.30. It definitely should have been informed about that in the advertisment.

Super Kurzurlaub mit Erholungsfaktor!
Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Josefina war wirklich gut und sie war sehr freundlich. Vor Ort war alles nötige vorhanden, so dass wir alle Tage ohne Probleme selbst kochen und uns verpflegen konnten. Der Poolbereich ist gut eingezäunt, so dass man komplett für sich als Gruppe ist. Die Lage war super, mit Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Man kommt auch überall von dort problemlos mit Bus und Taxi hin. Insgesamt war es für uns ein toller Kurzurlaub, wir würden es nochmal buchen. Wir persönlich haben schon damit gerechnet, dass es ein etwas älteres Haus ist. Somit haben uns Dreck an den Wänden oder Flecken im Poolbereich nicht allzu gestört. Der Vollständigkeitshalber sei es aber erwähnt, dass in dem Haus nicht mit kompletter Sauberkeit zu rechnen ist. Es war trotzdem gut gesäubert und auch im Pool war eine gute Filteranlage. Für uns persönlich war es komplett ausreichend und wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.
