Ca Na Polida is a magnificent example of a historic Mallorcan house, which in February 2013 was restored to its former glory, revealing some of the architectural details of the time. Decorated with impeccable taste, Ca Na Polida is both very modern and cozy, spread over two floors, with capacity for six adults.

Upon entering the house through a beautiful solid teak wood door, you are greeted by a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television with satellite channels and free high speed LAN WIFI. The adjoining area is a kitchen and dining room, equipped with all modern comforts, including an electric oven and countertop and six-seat dining table (high chair also available)

Continuing from the dining room, is the patio. This contains a barbecue, table and chairs, ideal to soak up the warm atmosphere of Mallorca.

Ca Na Polida has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the patio.

There is a second bedroom consisting of 4 single beds, bathroom next to the family.

Famous for its coastal beauty, Alcudia also prides itself on promoting the ecotourism of its varied surroundings, with many well-marked and dated hiking trails, San Pere is an ideal starting point. With the mild climate of Mallorca, these excursions can be enjoyed throughout the year, from breathtaking views of the ancient Roman ruins.
