This beautiful 200sqm villa with private pool and capacity for 8 people, is located in one of the most privileged areas of Alcudia in Alcanada, a quiet and residential area. With a spectacular view of the sea. Being the whole house surrounded by glass makes the spectacular view possible from almost every corner of the house.
Ca Na Bruixa, consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, the master bedroom ensuite with Jacuzzi and terrace with beautiful views of the sea, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Several terraces surround the house, which makes it more attractive for its spectacular view.
Just a few meters from the beach of Alcanada and very close to the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, characterized by crystal clear waters.
Ca Na Bruixa is undoubtedly a good option to spend an incredible vacation.

We really enjoyed the villa the views are amazing the only thing that we didn’t like was the condition of the bathrooms they really need updating for the price that they are charging but we would think about returning in the future

Das Haus liegt an einem Hang und man sollte somit gut zu Fuß sein, da es eine Steigung und einige Treppen bis zum Hauseingang sind. Im Erdgeschoss und in 2 der Schlafzimmer hat das Haus bodentiefe Fenster bzw. Schiebetüren und bietet aus vielen Zimmern einen wunderbaren, ja traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Alcúdia, den Leuchtturm von Alcanada und das naturbelassene Areal neben dem Haus. Bei Nacht sieht man die Lichter der anderen Küstenstädte (Muro, Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, Colònia de Sant Pere, Betlem etc.). Das Wohngebiet war um die Osterferien sehr ruhig und schien wenig bewohnt. Im Haus bedürfen einige Dinge einer Wartung (Küche ist sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, Haustür), Pflege (leichter Schimmelbefall an der Decke der Dusche des Masterbedrooms) und der Kellerbereich, wo sich der Fitnessbereich befindet riecht stechend nach einem Pestizid (gegen Schaben?) oder einem anti-Schimmelmittel? Hier sollte gut gelüftet und die Tür zum Keller geschlossen gehalten werden. Der Ausblick entschädigt dafür, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung hat sehr gut geklappt und sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und schnell mit den Antworten. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einen sehr kleinen SPAR in dem Seasun Far Hotel und einige Restaurants. Besonders zu empfehlen bei schönem Wetter ist die Terrasse des Alcanada Golf Clubs. Dort gibt es gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. In Alcúdia Port und der Altstadt von Alcúdia gibt es reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wer gut zu Fuß ist braucht keinen Mietwagen. Wir haben Lebensmittel online (www.pollentiashop.com) bestellt und sind oft mit dem Taxi gefahren, was deutlich günstiger war als ein Mietwagen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!
