The apartment “Concha” is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located right by the marina of Puerto Alcudia and offers a wonderful view of the water — even while having breakfast on the terrace, you can watch the boats passing by and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The location couldn't be better: Right on the beach promenade and only 200 meters from the fine sandy beach of Alcudia, you can dive into the warm, turquoise water at any time or take a leisurely stroll along the harbor.

The apartment is bright, modern and can accommodate up to six people. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds — two of which even have direct access to the terrace. There are also two bathrooms available, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The living and dining room is stylishly furnished and invites you to relax, while the separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a large dining table for shared meals.

To make you feel comfortable at any time of day, there is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The apartment is not only comfortable but also lovingly furnished — a place where you arrive and immediately feel at home.

The proximity to restaurants, cafés and small shops in the immediate vicinity is particularly convenient. If you prefer to cook for yourself, there are also supermarkets close by. Nice apartment.
Great apartment with what you need. Kitchen, enough bedroom and plenty of space. In the middle of Alcudia with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beach is within walking distance with sun loungers and fantastic swimming opportunities. Will certainly be back at the next opportunity.

Unbeatable location at the harbour of Alcudia
Brilliant location, everything you need within a short walk. The beach is 5mins walk away. The balcony overlooking the marina was perfect, a lovely view, although a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures. Apartment has everything you'd need and the air con is great. We didn't have any problems with the Wifi and everyone (including two teenagers) was able to download and and use the internet as required.

Great apartment with a beautiful south facing balcony over looking the marina and harbour. It is located in the middle of the large pedestrian walkway full of shops and restaurants. Our second visit to Port Alcudia with vrbo and we will be back again. It is so nice I was reluctant to leave a review in case we make it too popular to book again! The apartment was large and clean with everything you need. Nice bottle of wine, crisps and fruit on the table when we arrived. Only small complaint is the wifi is very slow, could not stream anything but ok for web browsing.

Incredible view of Alcudia marina and bay
The view is simply breathtaking. You are on the fourth floor with a big balcony overlooking Alcudia marina and bay. It is simply stunning to sit and watch the sun. the sea, the yachts, and the bustle of the people below. It faces dues south so you get the sun from dawn til dusk. The apartment itself is very big with three good size bedrooms and everything you need. The lounge and dining area is beautiful and full of character - it also shares the amazing view. The apartment is really well equipped with a fab welcome pack and all you need to keep things clean. Check in is easy but do ensure you collect the keys from the agent on the way as it’s a 15 minute walk otherwise. Not a problem though as it’s literally on the road into Alcudia from Palma. Parking is easy in surrounding side streets. Check out is dead easy - lock up and leave Agents were excellent - super helpful

Prima verblijf
Prima locatie. Wifi werkt perfect. Wel wat herrie van het restaurant wat op de boulevard zit maar super mooi uitzicht. Je zit op de 4de etage. Slaapkamers zijn aan de andere kant dus daar is het stil. Het was super schoon en echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Fruit- wijn- water staan klaar..Alle slaapkamers hebben airco.. Lift werkt prima. Binnen gekomen met key code.verder niemand gezien. Wel een telefoonnummer/ emailadres voor vragen waar snel op gereageerd word. Kantoor zit ook in Alcudia. Vlakbij een grote parkeerplaats. Als deze vol is even doorrijden richting de haven waar de cruiseschepen aankomen. Daar zijn er nog een paar. De elektriciteit die je gebruikt word achteraf berekend via de borg. Een van de drie slaapkamers heeft geen ramen. Via Wifi op een laptop tv gekeken. Geen smart tv.

Beautiful apartment on a perfect location. Everything is clean and works. Enough space to put away your clothes and suitcase. And a beautiful view from the apartment, even more beautiful than in the pictures. If I have to name a thing I missed some comfy chairs on the balcony.

Spacious property in spectacular location in Alcudia Port
This apartment on the 4th floor has a lift. It was presented in a clean condition. There was milk, water, fruit and wine provided, unfortunately we did not manage to drink the wine. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. For cyclists the apartment is perfect to access all the amazing routes and Pollensa close by. There are restaurants below the flat which can be a tad noisy but we enjoyed the buzz of being on the port and people watching. Ristaurante La Cabana staff below got quite friendly with us and called us the “Vecinos”. There is no pool but it’s right next to the be beach. Loved our stay and would happily return.

Sehr schöne, weitläufige Wohnung mit Traumausblick und sonnigem Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet, mehr wie man erwartet. Es gab sogar eine elektrische Zitruspresse, somit konnten wir täglich frisch gepressten Saft genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr viele sinnvolle Details.Sehr kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und an den Strand.

Direkte Lage zum Port d'Alcudia Kurzer Weg zum Sandstrand Super Ausblick vom Balkon Die Wohnung riecht sehr moderig... Es sollte beim Reinigen noch mehr gelüftet werden. Der Geruch kommt aus den Holz-Einbauschränken in allen Zimmern. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang Durchzug um den Geruch zu minimieren

Nous avons loué cet appartement face au port d Alcudia. Vue à couper le souffle. Appartement très propre. Tout est prévu par l agence... serviettes, torchons, produits d entretien... Pour la réservation, agence Très professionnelle et réactive... Arrivés un dimanche... nous avons récupéré les clés sans problème dans une boîte à clés. Le lendemain, depot de la caution a l agence... Personnel très sympa et fait le nécessaire pour communiquer dans notre langue. Aucun problème pour récupèrer la caution. (Le vendredi alors que nous repartons le dimanche...) Départ le dimanche... nous laissons les clés dans l appartement... juste PARFAIT !!!

The apartment was a great location, right on the Port within easy access of some excellent restaurants and shops. A great balcony to people watch!! The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of things provided that usually cost. Eg. Coffee filters, dish washing tabs . The only disappointment was the welcome by ideal Property. Not very informative, they watched us let our taxi leave, then it was basically, find the property yourself. We couldn’t connect with the apartment WiFi all week but gave up after numerous txt msg with Ideal Property (3 mins away ) but no one came to sort it. We connected to free WiFi of a restaurant nearby!
