"We had a fantastic time at the property, the location was perfect for us, 20mins to the motorway and Faro but so quite. Access track to the house really wasn't a problem,we had a VW Polo and managed no problem at all, the house was in great decorative order and had everything that we needed, the pool was crystal clear and warm.Thank you Nicolas for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home."

"We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks in August 2024. The villa was perfect for 2 families, plenty of space for everyone individually but also to all be together. The pool was a good size for the group (5 adults and 5 kids) and all the things we needed, plus extras, were there for us to use. "We had a lovely weeks stay at the villa. We were 3 families with teenagers. The villa had everything we needed to ensure all 6 teenage boys were occupied. Large pool -great for water polo and a games /cinema room. The villa has views to the coast from various rooms, veranda and balcony area. "We stayed at Coco Loco for 2 weeks and loved every minute. I asked lots of questions before our stay and Teresa always answered promptly. On the day of check in everything was really straightforward. The villa itself is perfectly equipped for a family with a large living space, plenty of outdoor shade and everything you need in the kitchen if you do decide to eat in (great bbq as well). "Just returned from a weeks stay. The villa was beautiful and just as described. We spent many hours by the pool which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. "This is an outstanding property and exactly as advertised. The house is spacious, ultra clean and comfortable; nothing is lacking. The pool was great and much needed during the hot summer. The location is good; in a nice neighborhood that it is a little “off the beaten track” but pretty easy with a car. The hosts and house manager are easy to comunicate with. Good job all round."
