"Neighborhood restaurants make this a memorable location in Lisbon. Other than concentration of homeless (which big city is not escaping this problem). All amenities including AC makes this a great choice. Short 3.5 mile Uber from airport."

You are a few minutes walk from from Avenida de Liberdade and the metro station there, and also from Martim Moniz square and station, making all the key places in Lisbon easily accessible. The neighbourhood itself is surprisingly quiet at night despite being so central, so you're not in a party area like Barrio Alto. The apartment is nothing much from the outside but is spacious and welcoming. It would especially suit people wanting a longer stay as...

"The bedrooms are great, the apartment is lovely and clean but there is no real common area other than the dining room. Great for sleeping though. Very quiet and pleasant."

"Big and clean apartment. Was not easy finding an appartement this size in Lisbon. Was well located. Even if the plaza in front doesn't have anything interesting, it was a short walk from many other attractions and neighbourhoods. Plus there is a metro and the start of the tram line 28. Nice view of the castle also."

"The apartment is generally functional and homely with a few designer flourishes. The major drawback is the lack of lighting in the kitchen/living area. We liked the central location, straight out the front door to little restaurants, bars and shops and an easy walk downtown. Of course this meant quiet days and noisy nights as the parties began. But the bedroom is at the back with a virtually sound proof door. The opening to fresh air at the back private patio was welcome."

"The apartment very spacious and immaculately clean. Vera at reception was brilliant. I was not feeling well on arrival and she made be very comfortable with a blanket and lovely pot of tea in the family room as we waited to formally check in when our room was ready. She even came to see how I was faring the next afternoon. How kind and caring. We were both touched."

"Absolutely gorgeous room with refrigerator, stove and dining area. Comfortable bed with quiet sleeping area. Fresh bread in the morning, with coffee and tea as needed. Staff was very supportive for our needs and so friendly. Will be back. "
