"Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!"

"What a beautiful house for our stay. Clean and tidy with everything you would ever need in a kitchen. Gorgeous gardens and an incredible pool and patio which was all fully secure for our dog Douglas. Sitting outside on the numerous tables was lovely - one undercover, one by the pool and one on the rooftop terrace for the sunsets. "Great villa in a great location. A five minute walk to the beach or a 8-10 minutes into town, but a lovely quiet location still in a not densely packed area. Villa was great too, good size rooms and spacious living area. On top of that, Nieves the host was great and easy communications. Swiftly arranged for air con to be fixed after a warm first night and promptly replaced a hair dryer that decided to break. Would stay here again! "

"It is a very nice house with tree bedrooms a nice living and a kitchen with everything what you need. The garden is well maintained and there is a very nice swimming pool. On colder nights there is good central heating . The house is on a very nice location with al the beautifull miradors close by, some even in walking distance. "The property is beautifully laid out, with access to separate bedrooms if needed out of the main building around the pool area (for grandparents, or teenagers, for late night swims. maybe). Spacious sitting and dining areas, lovely kitchen and separate utility room, 3 bathrooms, lots of towels and spotlessly clean on arrival. "Paula the host was amazing, super helpful and communicative. We arrived late at night and she was at the home to meet us. She left us a welcome pack with wine, bread, cheese, ham, butter and this was so unexpected. The home is even better than the photos. The view is breathtaking and everything is close. We had a car, but walked to the town and el portet as the scenery is so beautiful, you don’t want to miss it. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The BBQ area is also perfect...
