"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"Pros: Excellent location. Walk from accommodation to the pier to catch the hydrofoil to Capri took us 5min through the elevators (€1). The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alessandro who took the pains to show us where the parking garage was (€18/day) and recommended us great restaurants. They have Netflix!! Cons: The bathroom shower leaked at times and minor flooding occurs. The heater function could be better."

"I'm not going to lie this accommodation is only suitable to those who are mobile, don't mind walking up steps or who have access to a car. This is clearly outlined by the property so it shouldn't come as a surprise. The area is lovely and picturesque, much better than Amalfi, which is just around the corner."

"This holiday house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The manager was onsite every day and was very helpful. She was available and always cheerful when we passed by on our daily trips to visit this wonderful area of Italy. The apartment was located one block from the train and bus station which made it very convenient for all the trips to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast.. Located just a few blocks from the heart of Sorrento's restaurant and shopping district. "

"We loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer! Communication was excellent and very accommodating! The walk down to the unit does have some steps so be aware if you have heavy bags/suitcase. The house is very clean, has a very nice kitchen and bathroom, and the bed is so comfy! Beautiful view too! "The host is very sweet and great at responding to information requests. The experience was a little shocking getting there for someone used to North American roads and driving but it’s a fun adventure too. If you have a car there’s a car park nearby that’s very reasonable. The flat is cute and clean and Elvira is very attentive. There’s a pool and spa on site that we didn’t end up using but was available to us. Rooms are comfortable and the flat is large and roomy. It’s a true Italian experience...
