"The property was clean and well organized. We had everything that we needed. Some issues are personal preferences rather than negatives. We would have preferred to stay closer to the Valencia Cathedral area since that is where we spent most of our time. That is primarily due to me not liking to walk so far anymore (69) even though it was only 20 minutes away. To younger people, I am sure it is not an issue. "We stayed two nights at the end of Fallas -- a great time to visit Valencia! The apartment is clean, large, and well-furnished, with plenty of room for us and our two adult children. We wanted to be close to friends in the Patraix neighborhood, which is very authentically Valencian. An easy walk to the train station, too. The host communicates well, and was very accommodating. We will be back to Valencia, and would certainly stay here again."
