The hotel staff were very polite and helpful in every aspect! They gave us information on how to get around the city and places to visit. Location was perfect!! Shops very near to the hotel! The hotel was very clean and modern! We would definitely stay at the Hotel Kramer again!!

Service and staff are top shelf! Klaus was very hopeful. The soon he noticed that we are from out of town, he gave us directions, best places to visit, restaurants to try Spanish food even he arranged taxi for us upon leaving the hotel. Thank you for everything

Staff and breakfast was great. The room was a little small but still comfortable. If you don't mind to walk then the location is great, its a 20min nuce walk to the city center

Perfect hotel for a few days in Valencia. Hotel is very close to Metro and Buses. The hotel is clean and modern. Nice bed and great shower! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! The room was clean and spacious for Europe. The parking was easy to use. When we asked at the front desk for restaurants recommandations, the employee gave us a list but turns out the recommandations seemed to be partnerships between businesses or their own restaurants. Not the local experience we were looking for.

we had a lovely time at the hotel..staff were excellent.. beds comfortable... breakfast was great... outdoor area not too good..seats on the street...and they brought them in at 23:30.. fridge in the room was good to use.. lovely shower
