"Staff was friendly, housekeepers were great & friendly, Pool was warm. My only complaint was last year we stayed here for one night with our kids hot tub had cold water theyvwere ordering part, this time pool was warm hot tub was cold. They told us this time they ordered the part again. So not sure. Every thing was great!"

"This hotel was very clean, safe, quite and very convenient for going to a show at their theater. Would definitely stay here again if I am going to another concert at this theater. The hotel breakfast was wonderful as well their dinners at the restaurant. There was a problem with my room, the toilet in my room was very low to the ground, needing a bar to get help to get off of it. We also wanted to have some pizza after the concert, but for some reason there was not pizza available that night. Also I think it is a bad idea not to have pizza slices available after the shows, most people want a snack after the show, not dinner. Also the ice cream that was available was great, but a sugar-free option would be nice. "

"We have enjoyed staying here many times, but this time they had some issues. Elevator had some difficulties which required staff to "send" the elevator to our floor for leaving. Chair at the desk in our room was "set" at the lowest level and would not adjust to a higher position. Other then that, this place is superb!!"

"The facelift went well. The staff is so very friendly and professional. The pool needs to be a little more regulations. No adults could come near it because it was occupied by screaming kids for more than 6 hours. Housekeeping needs to be more detail oriented. ie: bathroom walls, mirror, & broken potato chips under the desk. "

"This hotel is so chic and the rooms are big! Our room was very clean but the shower could have used some attention, especially the curtain. It had some really off putting stains on it. "
