We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. "Pictures are pretty much bang on for what you get when you arrive. A couple of days into the holiday we had an issue with the dishwasher which stopped working. I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. In my opinion you never know how good a service is until something goes wrong so it turned into something very positive and if I come back to Mallorca this property would be my first...

"Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

"The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Julio the owner it's great, he made sure we had everything we needed at arrival and during our stay. He event left some milk, juice and beer for our arrival. Great location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The property is close to a lovely promenade, all amenities nearby and good bus connections to Palma. The property is ample for 2 people with the added bonuses of 2 bathrooms and outside dining area."

"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. She said no it’s off the beach and it’s cool. The property is very hot for August. There’s little breeze, the fans you can’t turn up...

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "
