"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"What a great flat! Very comfortable and spacious. Only problem we had was finding the flat, late at night. We were dropped off at the wrong gate! It would be helpful if the flat numbers were beside the gate nearest the flat. Excellent pool facilities. We hopefully will be back. "

"I have just got back from staying in this wonderful apartment. Amazing location for all the sites and restaurants in Palma. Check-in communication was great, easy to find lock boxes etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and fresh. We had it set up so each room had single beds as we are 4 friends and it could equally work as a set up for couples. Roomy and spacious for 4 people. "Highly recommend! We really enjoyed the spacious apartment, it was perfect for the 3 couples who stayed there for 10 nights. The location, overlooking the sea, the boats, the bay, and beach was excellent and just a little away from the areas of more hustle and bustle. "Perfect location and lovely views. Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September . Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap . Things to improve . Mattresses so hard. Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced. Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close."

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "
