"The place was clean and nicely decorated. The street is off of a busy road, but we didn't notice any noise indoors. The tree line provided a nice barrier even outside. We had all the amenities we needed. We loved watching the bunnies hop around the yard. The location was close enough to walk to the restaurant across the street, which had good food. It's just a short drive to downtown Petoskey. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Great property. Super nice fire pit, hot tub and basement. Appreciated the Crate and Barrel dishes. Just wish some of the pans, cookie sheets and the oven were nicer/ cleaner. That likely happens with renters, so, sort of understandable, but, refreshing that would’ve been better. Dishwasher did’t work so we hand washed. No doubt property manager will fix that as she was very responsive when we notified her. "

"Great communication by hosts, check in and out was a breeze. In a great central location between Indian River, Petoskey/Harbor Springs, and Mackinaw City. Arrived to a clean, well stocked home. In the kitchen, lots of pans and plates. Seasoning cabinet well stocked, with some coffee and kuerig pods. Lots of mugs including an ugly one with a block M on it. Bathroom was clean, shower with good water pressure. Only used the master bedroom, but the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of...

"Stay was perfect basement bathroom needs updated all interior door knobs should be maintained lower level and upper level needs updated toilets and water pressure is way to low needs looked at ( I’m a handyman and that’s why I noticed these things ) But would stay there again Thanks From Dave"

"This is an amazing property in a great town. Walking distance to boutique stores along with a bakery and restaurants. The game room basement had us researching for our own arcade system by the end of the stay. "
