"The place was clean and nicely decorated. The street is off of a busy road, but we didn't notice any noise indoors. The tree line provided a nice barrier even outside. We had all the amenities we needed. We loved watching the bunnies hop around the yard. The location was close enough to walk to the restaurant across the street, which had good food. It's just a short drive to downtown Petoskey. We really enjoyed our stay. "
