"This is a large, clean, and well equipped home. We had plenty of room for 2 families, 9 total people. There were games and a ping pong table for the kids, a hot tub to be enjoyed by all, and a good sized backyard. Plenty of space to eat/play games together or to spread out and have some privacy. Close to both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Check in/out was easy. All in all, one of the nicest rentals we’ve booked."

"The home was described and easy to check in. Our group was in town for golf so we didn’t get to spend much time at the house other than sleeping two bathrooms worked well getting ready to get out the door every morning"

"My husband and I stayed here with a couple of friends for a long weekend and we had a great time! The house is in great proximity to Charlevoix, Petoskey & Harbor Springs. Check in and check out was super easy, the house was very clean, and the spacious kitchen made it easy to cook meals in. "

"Wonderful experience. Awesome property. Everything in order. Only two issues. The GPS to the property was a bit weird (not the fault of the property) and the mattress in the master bedroom could have been better."

"Booked a King, however the rooms with king beds were being remodeled. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice! The view from the balcony overlooking the water was beautiful and peaceful! The front desk staff were very nice and Samone in housekeeping was wonderful! The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water was hot! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and warm since it is November. We will definitely stay here again! "
