"We arrived at 3pm it took us 1 hour to check in by the time we reached our suite the suite was not ready as the cleaning staff start cleaning it took them until 5pm to get the suite ready but the floor still dirty . Only one bathrobe was provided for two guest . To get to this hotel you need a 4x4 vehicle and know how to drive and send . Overpriced low customer service . The location is great but other hotels has better pricing and facility . "

"The best thing about the property are the staff. Always courteous and pleasant and willing to help. The only negative was when one off our party was feeling slightly ill at dinner time and we requested that she be allowed to take some food to her room to eat later. One of the waiting staff took our request to the manager who said it was company policy not to take food from the restaurant. Understandable but this was an exceptional circumstance. "There is night club downstairs , arrived after midnight could hear boom sound of music from the room . Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Zero plates or cutlery zero milk or sugar to make simple cup of tea. Beds are comfortable, morning was quiet and peaceful, apartment was quiet nice and roomy but not stocked with basic items you find in most apartment hotels "
