"One of my meetings got delayed so my checkout was a few minutes later. The staff made it flexible: just that made my stay positive. Without that gesture, I would have rated his hotel 3 stars. Plus: nice staff, spacious and clean room, walking distance to the metro, walking distance to a large mall. Minus: the bedroom has no window, the walls are so thin so you hear water pipes from toilets and showers upstairs, the hotel is against a mosque giving a clear wake-up call at 5:16 am, the gym equipment is very old. "
