"Fantastic location and excellent service and ammenities. Busy weekend with public holiday but didn’t feel too crowded. No queues for meals which was fantastic. Only downside was the lack of flexibility with booking a last minute seat at Waka bar to view the sunset over a cold drink. Tables were all booked out, but not actually used until well after the sun went down. Get in early and book a table if this is on your list to do."

"Ok hotel good nice pool could also use some of facilities of al hamra residence hotel. Which was next door. Major issue is the lack of photos and in accurate address on your website. Al hamra village. Is on Vienna street. "

"The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning"
