The place is great. Even though jt was holiday week it was all well managed. Great facilities especially for kids. Beautiful beach and pool. Really good breakfast. Dinner buffet was disappointing. Would probably try one of the restaurants on site next time.

The first thing that strikes you is the multi national staff that all share the pride in THEIR Hotel. They are all motivated and importantly try to remember your names, making everyone feel important. Great location and wonderful beach. We went to Mövenpick Luxor 38 years, once I realized this was near to Ras Al Khaimah there was no other option for me. Still worth the visit, bravo team 👏

Pool snack and bar service was good. The reception, guest relations and other staff were rude, uninterested and had poor customer service skills. Beds had bed bugs. Lighting in rooms was poor. You can hear outside the room theough the door. So all hallway activity was overwhelmingly annoying. No ash trays on balconys so cigarette butts everywhere. Buffet foor was very expensive but unbelievably poor quality.

Great hotel!
We stayed a week in a room facing the swimming pool end of January and it was great. Then when our daughter joined us for a week of teleworking, we moved to a bigger room with a nice terrace in a beachfront chalet and it was wonderful! Great staff, good breakfast! We hope to come again next year!

We recently stayed at Mövenpick on Marjan Island, and it was a wonderful experience overall. Room: The room was absolutely incredible—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. It provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury, making our stay truly relaxing. Reception: Check-in at reception was seamless. The staff were super friendly, professional, and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was impressive, with a fantastic variety of options to suit all tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and it was clear that attention had been paid to even the smallest details. Kids Club: While the kids’ club was a nice feature, it seemed more suitable for older children. It would be a great improvement to enhance the offerings for younger kids, particularly those aged 0–3, to make it more inclusive for families with toddlers and babies. Beach: The beach was another highlight—super clean, well-maintained, and an absolute pleasure to relax on. Overall, Mövenpick Marjan Island offers a fantastic experience for families and couples alike, with just a bit of room for improvement in the kids’ club for younger children. Everything excellent. Choices of restaurants pool, beach , activities Everything. Except the fact that family room which is advertised as 2 double beds, its actually a double bed and sofa bed(extremely uncomfortable) if you are a teenager or adult. Otherwise excellent
