"The hotel is old furnishd, the carpets in the rooms (we had 3) were dirty and very old. In the 2 rooms the water pipe did not work good."

The representative told me to call the morning before I checked in to inform them of my flight arrival time. I did as he said and the representative I spoke with that day said they had no shuttles available. One of the amenities they had listed on their hotel was 24-hour free airport shuttle, this was a shock and disappointment. I demanded...
