"This hotel is well positioned near a public pool....which would have been nice had we had time to take advantage of it. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a hot tub on property. We decided not to eat in the restaurant, but the hotel restaurant seemed to be very popular. I would recommend that you make a reservation for the restaurant in advance if you plan on eating there."

"I had the double room. It is very basic, a bed, a small table with 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables, a bin, a mirror on the wall and some hooks for hanging clothes. The bed was very comfortable, you can adjust the heating to your liking so my room was always comfortably warm. The shared toilet facilities on my floor (3rd floor) were great...clean and always stocked. I cannot comment on food or the showers as I did not use those options. "We were originally booked in another hotel but were upgraded to this one due to the virus scare. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was a little bit small but had a good shower. Again, the staff were great from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant to the bar tender. "

"Perfect location close to the water and walkable to the main shopping area and restaurants within 5 minutes on the flat (which was ideal in the ice/snow as the hills looked slippery) The hotel has been beautifully decorated, the included breakfast was great and the basic double room was plenty big enough.
