At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find). It was inconvenient. When you put a charge on the credit card- hotel should keep a copy for the record... Overall my room was clean and service team was friendly."
