"I understand that this is a resort that host a lot of events, on a daily basis there are several hundred people on the property grounds. Which makes it hard for the patrons of the hotel to enjoy peace and solace. I felt overwhelmed. As sat I at the restaurant on the terrace there are kids running around, people walking extremely close in front and in the back of me while sitting and eating. The WiFi is horrible, even through the night and early morning. Overall a nice resort but not peaceful. "

"The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. I picked this unit over others in the same gated condo complex because of the king size bed and sleeper sofa (w/ picture of the sofa included). There was only a queen bed and no sofa. Only a second mattress under the bed. Also advertised was a washing machine and dryer. It was not what I expected. Only a small plastic tub with motor to wash and spin dry. No laundry detergent was provided. There was a pool and gym. But there was a 150 peso ($3) charge per person per day. Not expected. Overall, it is a nice unit in a quieter area of Bacolod. The TV and Netflix were nice. But, I give a poor rating because it is not as advertised. If they update the posting with real facts, I would amend my rating and call it a good value. "
