" I had a great time at the Swiss Hotel in Dubai, Al Ghurair. The hotel was very nice, with excellent service and cleanliness. The only downside was the location, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was perfect!"

"Comfortable apartment in a great location. Shower needs to be rennovated as its a bit tired looking. Check in process is a bit complicated and difficult for international guests without a local cell phone or internet access."

"Basic appartment Aircon was very smelly and led to sore throat and nose Noisey at night even on 15th floor Checkin process extremely laborious Need an app to open the room door everytime "

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"The apartment is really comfortable. Very well equipped. If anything, the windows were not perfectly insulating from the noise outside. The area is absolutely amazing, main entrance of the building exactly in front of Burj Khalifa. Enough said. There's even a swimming pool and a gym on the 5th floor. All very good."

"We stayed at the hotel from 10 of February 2025until the 17 of February 2025 .As soon as we got to the hotel , we had valet parking done. TAHA service us at the reception desk, he told us about breakfast been included. Which was a great deal and less hassle for us. The breakfast was amazing continental dishes every day. TAHA also helped us in booking a full day private tour in Dubai. Its was amazing. Totally recommend anyone that wants to see all the attractions in Dubai. TAHA is a very professional and committed.The dinner at Delhi 6 was delicious. Sourav has a amazing customer service. The restaurant is amazing for delicious desi dinners 10/10 . Then coming to Geoffrey’s Sports Bar , they have an amazing collection of drinks and delicious appetizers. I was amazed by these staffs at Geoffrey’s Sport Bar.The Barman - Manoj , Sarmilla, Astish and Mandi. They are so professional,caring and hardworking. I would give them a 10/10.We had an awesome, amazing experience at Seven Seas hotel. Totally recommend it to my friends and family."
