"It didn’t state that it’s a basement. Whenever anyone is staying upstairs completely unable to sleep because whoever that’s upstairs walks so loudly that it seems as though they are going to fall through the floor/ceiling. Oh no curtains to cover the windows from anyone looking in. Other than that it’s spacious and clean. "

"I needed somewhere to stay close to a friend and this did the trick since I was gone most of the day and needed somewhere to sleep. It felt relatively safe and quiet. Walkable to Eglington GO train which is handy. If you’re not picky, this place would work in a pinch. Shared bathroom had me needing to remember to bring toilet paper and hand towel from my room. Cleanliness of bathroom depended on extra guests, so hard to judge that, but sink needed attention as it was slow to drain. The bed only...
