I would say the only issue was checking in as you need to just park on the road and figure out how to get into the building to collect the key fob and apartment key. "

The specific property is in need of what I’d call both a hotel ‘deep clean’ (i.e., clean windows) and ‘maintenance check’ (e.g., tiles in shower are dislodged, electrical outlet missing plate, overworn area carpets). Regardless, I’d stay again. "

"I needed somewhere to stay close to a friend and this did the trick since I was gone most of the day and needed somewhere to sleep. It felt relatively safe and quiet. Walkable to Eglington GO train which is handy. If you’re not picky, this place would work in a pinch. Shared bathroom had me needing to remember to bring toilet paper and hand towel from my room. Cleanliness of bathroom depended on extra guests, so hard to judge that, but sink needed attention as it was slow to drain. The bed only...
