"The best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, especially Gleerie! I felt very well taken care of staying here (I also extended my stay another night.) The hotel is very close to the airport which is why I wanted to stay here. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Koror but they have a shuttle service or can call a taxi for you or they can help set you up with a rental car. They can also recommend tour companies. "I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING!
