"I don’t want to be too negative about this hotel, but it has some very strange quirks. The Airai is a very large hotel, but looks like they only use a few rooms, it is a long way from town, but walkable to a new shopping centre, which has some food options, the strange thing is there are never any customers, this was our third stay, depending on day of the week you get a full resort including a water park virtually to yourself. "This is a scam please don’t book this non refundable hotel. We tried to contact them numerous times with no response and the only way to the island is via their boat. We had to book another hotel and then try and get our money back from Expedia which was refunded. They said hotel closed in 2020"
