"Easy, quick and convenient though old bed spring mattress, creaky and uncomfortable experiencing a lot of back pain today can’t complain as low cost "

"Massive free car park Check in by the bar for all information given. Room (6) up a flight of stairs The room is very compact! As was the shower room. Bed super comfortable Shower hot and powerful Wifi is excellent Breakfast was excellent Evening meal was awesome Good choices and good value The location is set in beautiful countryside with lots of nice walks close by. Would definitely stay again but would like to try a different room."

"Great for the price"

"We stayed at the Ash Farm guest house for two days while visiting family. Not only did they deliver in terms of service, but we had the best breakfast we’ve both ever eaten in our lives! I’m a very fussy eater, and I had zero complaints. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, and the addition of a glass of sherry upon arrival was massively appreciated by my husband! Ten out of ten, we will definitely be back :) Highly recommend a stay here."

"We recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. "Very clean and convenient thank you. However terrible if you want a good night's sleep. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the room next door. I was woken repeatedly and ended up leaving at 8am on Sunday morning to escape. "

"Met host on arrival. Was really nice and helpful. Lovely house and having the hottub was amazing. Good area with links to Manchester on public transport. Was here for business but house made it so much more comfortable than living in a hotel. "
