"The photos on the website were absolutely spot on! The apartment was light and bright. Self check in was easy and exactly as described. The situation above Lago Maggiore was breathtaking and even in the rain the view was ever changing. Out of season the local restaurants were not open but a new supermarket in Stresa with a carpark was good for shopping and the apartment was well equipped for cooking. "The apartment is charming and in the most beautiful spot with views over the island and swimming in the lake from the garden. Stefano could not have been more helpful and provided extensive information to cover every aspect of our stay. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the town. No aircon but Stefano provided us with fans to cool us at night. We loved our time in Orta - it is a very special place indeed."

"Franco et Maria ont pensé absolument à tout pour le confort des voyageurs, y compris ce que l'on a oublié à la maison. Logement calme à 30 minutes de Stresa. 2 seuls bémols : l'accès à la place de parking est très étroit, nous passions juste avec notre grand Scenic, il ne faut pas plus gros. Les escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement peuvent être difficiles pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer.
