"The entire staff was professional, enthusiastic, and welcoming. The room with 2 terraces was one of the nicest I have ever had the privilege to experience. The breakfast was included and had everything you would expect in a modern mountain atmosphere. We also dined at the “cafe” overlooking the golf course which had a very fun vibe and excellent food. "it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters. "Very cosy alpine ski hotel. We had superior room It was very spacious and we had lovely view of the starry night sky from our balcony. The staff were really friendly but a few couldn’t speak to us as we don’t know German. So we did get ignored for breakfast order the final two mornings. Other than than breakfast was great! One other issue is no tea/coffee facilities in room so ended up being charged for tea every evening. "

"Great cozy hideaway south of Salzburg. We were a family group of 3 and the room was very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was great. The best of Austrian hospitality at a reasonable price. Would definitely go back!!!"

"We came here to do a little business and see our friends in Salzburg. It had a 10 out of 10 rating and it does NOT disappoint. It has a nice little gym, a pool that when empty is a fine lap pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . I wish we had time to get a massage or other services but too busy and chose the electric bikes instead. You can even bike into the town of Bad Reichenhall which has great shopping (Juhausz!)…. Love this place."
