"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"Our family - adults and teens - had a wonderful visit to San Sebastian, Biarritz and Hondarribia. The house is perfectly located for day trips, and the hosts couldn't be more gracious and helpful. Josean met us when we arrived, gave us recommendations for restaurants and shopping, and then answered many Whatsapp questions throughout our stay. "Fabulous house with stunning views especially from outdoor area. Large bedrooms with ensuites which was great for a group. Easy walk to local villages although we cooked at home. Drive or train to San Sebastián was easy. Everyone in our group would highly recommend the villa. "
