"Fabulous couple of days staying here. Amazing location with incredible views over the estuary and mud flats. Sadly rained most of the time we were there so no bear sightings but plenty of other things to do in the area. Apartment was extremely comfortable and wished we had booked it for longer."

"Ken met us when we arrived. He showed us around and talked with us about the area and places we may want to visit. He was very cordial. Our suite was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. When we return to Tofino we will look to stay at Cobble Wood & Bird Sanctuary Guest Houses again. "

"This is a great spot, deck chairs overlooking the beach, well equipped. Would suggest an outdoor tap to rinse off feet when returning from the beach. "

"Wonderful small lodge overlooking the water and marina. Popular place with small boats and fishing. Met a fishing party there who were BBQ'ing their catch of the day on the lawn of the lodge. Very cozy and friendly. Guests have access to a common kitchen and the grounds."

"The property and home are so lovely and well maintained. Amenities are just an extra special touch, hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit. Also so well set up with dishes and pantry stocked for cooking meals, board games, puzzles, great signage and easy instructions throughout the home. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. "

We were able to get back and forth to the island safely with an enjoyable boat ride. The float home is super nice and has a fish hole you can check out the sealife.
