"I didn't have a chance to get in because they weren't ready for me they didn't get the room for me and the ended up getting me a room in a different hotel and I have to pay extra for the taxi to another hotel that they give the taxi driver the address for it and he took us to a hotel was wrong and that hotel ended up giving us a direction to the hotel and I walked about 15 minutes to get there and it was a hotel less value than what I paid for small dirty room I'm glad it was just a one night...

"Its on the big hill near the big road, walking distance to yildiz metro. Very nice and spacious apartament and the best they bring the breakfast to ypur room! You jave time to ring them in the mornings till 11am. And its a nice breakfast. Also check out at 12. Very nice staff can speak good English. Massive apartment with a balcony on the escape stairs. Overall really good. Very close to the yildiz palace newly open, recommending to visit it. "

"This one was hard to review. Hotel and Spa amazing! But we had such a terrible experience with the hair salon overcharging and under delivering and arguing there point. I took my daughter to another salon 3 days later that fixed her hair for 1/2 of what I was charged at this hotel. Worth the stay if you get your hair care elsewhere. Also, be careful of the pool area. It is very slippery and my daughter fell and hurt her bum. "
