Staff were great. The netted curtains were dirty the windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. I was moved to another room which had the same problem but I did not bother complaining further. Hotel location is excellent.

Directly at the Bosphorus in nice neighborhood. Awesome breakfast room and breakfast. Super nice staff, room tidiness perfect but window was broken, mirror lamp in bathroom was not working and light bulb was not working but did not effect our stay. Would recommend it. Thanks for the time at your place.

The hotel condition is old, the rooms are in poor condition and it hasn't been updated for years already. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 years when I visit Istanbul, I won't be anymore unless they refurbish the rooms.
