"Second time here and much better. Newly done room very comfortable this time. Very genial staff. Price is right. Free street parking if you look a bit. Jaca is great to visit."

"This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful."

"Area was quiet, felt very safe. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Shower head not attached to bracket so had to be hand held, needs attention. Cannot comment in staff as did not encounter anyone due to self check in."

"First we were told different booking dates than what we reserved then they corrected it. Place looked nice but there were dead bugs in the corner of the dining room one of the kitchen stools was broken and there was a crack on the glass window by the porch. They did not give us proper directions to the address just the building number no apartment number and there were several stairwells and 2 doors within the building needing keys, one of which took a few minutes to open since the key was worn out.we ran out of hot water one morning while showering and their response was that this was unusual. We could not adjust the heat and it got cold in there. There were no cleaning agents for the kitchen and counters we had to buy our own cleaning supplies. The location was convenient but management is poor and we would not recommend staying there "

"Amazing staff, close to everything and amazing place"

"Standard sized room. Very handy for Jaca old town just up some steps. Many bars and restaurants but not much else to see. Do not eat in the hotel restaurant. I had the posh burger which was cold and soggy - disgusting!"

"A beautiful property in a lovely quiet area but within walking distance of the town and restaurants. We had a very warm welcome from the owner who provided vegetarian restaurant recommendations for us and made us the best cup of coffee 😊 only wish we could have stayed longer, thankyou so much Debbie and Andy 🇬🇧"

"It was good for sleeping and bathing. Also convenient because I travel with a Service dog. "
