The rental pictures show exactly what you walk into a beautiful clean home with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet . There is a Walmart, Burger King, McDonald’s, Chinese restaurant supermarket everything and anything you need basically in the area .They have Tesla solar panels if power goes out which rarely happens the solar panels kick in. "I am really impressed with the quality of the house guest. He provided clear directions to the home on the first night. Also, he was very patient explaining over the phone all the details such as where the air conditioner control was located etc. The house was very clean with perfect ocean and marina views. The furnitite is very comfortable. The bed in the master was superb and comfy and it fits bigger sized people. This owner is definitely a super host. I will definitely rent this house again....

"This property was in Palmas Del Mar resort area and was an older home that has had a remodel. This brings the house up to date with some great additions like the outside bar, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. The A/C worked fine, particularly important at this time of year. We had 10 people of all ages and had no problem fitting all. The property naturally fits 8 people across 4 bedrooms with a sofa bed for two people. We had two kids in the sofa bed who had no issue sleeping but we did not have...

"Not as clean as expected. Dirty clothes left behind by previous guests found in rooms.Alsi grass not cut, we had to call and property manager did have someone come out very quickly to complete. Overall home had space (not to sit and talk) but for eating and sleeping our large group. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was also very convenient. Locked gate and pool."
