"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone"

"Close enough to Old Town Heraklion to walk to for dinner or exploring. Rooms are small, but it was sufficient for one night for a couple. Some parking in front of the building but spots are limited. Worked well for what we needed. Easy access to the main road heading to Knossos."

"The whole place was very beautiful. It looks like a showcase room/ house for a magazine. The room was modern and chic. The surrounding area was spacious and the pool was gorgeous. It has a very instagrammable aesthetic. The host was very helpful as well. I will definitely book again when I visit Heraklion next time!"
