"We stayed at The Diwa Club for several nights and found it to be a peaceful, well-designed resort with many thoughtful touches. While the setting and rooms are fantastic, there are a few areas where the service and guest experience could be refined to truly deliver on its five-star rating. • Complimentary airport transfers were a great and made arrival seamless. • Communication before arrival was easy, and our room was ready immediately — a spacious, top-floor suite in the centre of the resort and we were checked in, in the room. • The birthday decorations in our room were thoughtful and beautifully done, including a towel “cake” and birthday motif on the bed. A cake and chocolates were also delivered later that day, which we appreciated. • Genuinely one of the largest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in — spacious balcony, a huge very comfortable bed with high-quality linens, and a very large bathroom with dual sinks and wardrobes. A great sleep every night. • The room’s lighting system deserves a mention — the “Night Time” mode keeps soft guide lights on, which was a well-designed touch for late-night bathroom trips. • The 4pm tea/coffee with light Indian snacks and the 6pm evening drink and tapas are a nice idea, though in practice underwhelming. All in all a lovely place would recommend the Club as only a little more expensive than the main hotel. "

"Staff were fabulous, location great. First room we stayed in was a bit noisy with all the events going on, but hotel were happy to move us somewhere quieter. Rooms all good, and beach was great as was breakfast."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. Were very welcoming and all the staff were so helpful and and always with a smile. Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely book our holiday at this hotel. Highly recommend it. "This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. The bar next to reception is really overpriced. A local larger is 500 rupees yet at all the other bars on the resort its 275 rupees. 3. The hair Salon prices are out of date on the website. a wash and blow dry was advertised as being 1200rupees but was actually 3600 rupees. As stated these are all minor points as the resort and hotel are outstanding."

"What an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely superb, and the food was delicious. The dining staff became like family - one of the chefs invited my son into the kitchen, gave him a chef’s hat and allowed him to cook his own egg for breakfast. It was such an incredible experience for my son. The hotel is brand new, really nice pool and incredible game room for the kids on the top floor. It’s walkable to the beach, but the area isn’t developed yet. The walk to the beach is along an old fishing village, where fish are laying out on tarps drying in the sun. A little stinky but a neat cultural experience. Once your feet touch the sand, all will be forgotten. Pristine, quiet beach with a few beach shacks. We will definitely be coming back here again!"

"Stayed here for two nights and it’s a wonderful spot. There are so many restaurant choices nearby for all tastes and meal sizes, and it’s right in the water so your life is simple! Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful. Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!"

"Best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The grounds are incredible and varied with a very large and amazing infinity-edge pool. Access to the beautiful white sand beach is by a road that is easily walkable or there is a shuttle that can take you (I did not use the shuttle so I can’t comment on it). The staff are universally friendly and helpful. There is a lovely spa in which I received a very well delivered massage. The only downside to the resort is that it is a fair way away from most other attractions, the airport and the old town center, but the front desk can easily arrange transportation to these areas if you need it. What a beautiful place, I recommend without reservation!"
