The house was all that we expected of it. Kitchen had everything that you could possibly wish for. Coffee machine, milkshake maker, sandwich press etc. Nice spacious bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Lovely courtyard out front with BBQ and small grass area. Gas hot water, so no chance of running out with 3 families staying. Couch was not very comfy but was adequate. Some full length mirrors in bedrooms with be handy. Only a short stroll to beautiful beach. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants short drive away. Would definitely reccomend this property

Perfect location
We loved that we could wake up and walk to check the surf each morning. You could walk, skate or ride into town easily as its flst, walk to the surf...no hopping in the car in and out. Love the kangaroos around the property.. we will be back

Perfect Pooch Pad
This was a fantastic & practical holiday home for us & our dog, great yard & the house is so well stocked, literally like living away from home with amazing access to the beach & Kangaroos on the front lawn & around the back - we will definitely be returning to this one!

Great location and perfect for families
We enjoyed our stay at Shorebreak, kids enjoyed the beach down the road, local kangaroos in the afternoon and the house had everything a family would need in the kitchen which was great. Only disappointment was the bbq gas was empty when we arrived, our first night bbq was canned as no one could drive to swap it out. the hot water gas also ran out the day before we were due to checkout as we were all trying to shower to start the day. They have processes to get it replaced but seeing as there was 2 gas bottles I would expect one to always be full. We left the afternoon before checkout partly due to it. You don’t expect to have to organise house maintenance on your holidays so we let them know when we dropped keys back. All in all though, it was a good 10 days away.
