The "Stazzo di l'Incantu" is a newly built country house, all of design with private swimming pool. It consists of n. 3 bedrooms including a large mezzanine. The bedrooms are located one in the main building and one independent in the adjoining building with bathroom and walk-in closet; in the large mezzanine there are n. 2 French beds and the bathroom of the house is large and has a large tub with shower and window overlooking the sea. The living room seems to be suspended over nature and the sea that can be seen from every corner of the house. The kitchen is of modern conception with all accessories and overlooks both the sea and the swimming pool. All around a wild and disruptive nature to contemplate. Ideal for relaxing the mind and body.

Großartiges Haus!
Eine wundervolle Villa in den Bergen mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und in die Berge. Sehr sauber, alles appetitlich und gepflegt (auch Garten und Pool werden 3x pro Woche betreut) super sind auch die Schiebetüren und die Rolloschiebetür mit Moskitogitter! Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert aber es ging immer ein Wind. Der Hauseigentümer ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gut telefonisch erreichbar. Es waren sogar Trinkwasserflaschen, Sekt, Kaffee und Basislebensmittel wie Salz, Zucker vorhanden. Auch Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das W-Lan hat perfekt funktioniert! Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass die nächste belebte Stadt 20 min entfernt war (Santa Teressa) und die nächste insgesamt 40 min (Palau) . Also in unmittelbare Nähe keine Möglichkeit zum abendlichen Bummeln.... Wir würden das Haus aber jedenfalls empfehlen und auch wieder buchen!!
