The newly constructed 100m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The villa is made from natural material like stone and wood of the region and the and tied in harmony with the environment. Located in the picturesque village Asomatos near the famous holiday resort area of Plakias and near many crystal clear south coast beaches.?

The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining area. The villa is designed to cover the needs of a luxurious stay and offers the necessary equipment, so that you dont lack anything. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55 Smart HDTV with Netflix App and a coffee table. Next to the living room youll find the the modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday. ?The ground level features a bedroom with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 43" TV, open closet and direct access to the pool area. Finally, there is a washing machine, a bathroom that is constructed to meet the needs of guests with mobility problems and a WC.
First Floor
The first floor features two bedrooms:

Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company "NEF NEF"and anatomical mattresses of "COCOMAT" made of 100% natural materials. In the bathrooms you will find personal hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, while in the bedrooms there are sheets, duvets, blankets, and bathrobes.
