"The villa is very good, nice swimming pool although a bit on the cool side. Lovely surrounding garden, BBQ which was great, well stocked Kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. TV on the wall was okay but not brilliant. The beds upstairs were a little uncomfortable and the bathrooms could do with modernisation. However all round a very nice place to stay. "On arrival to the villa was not in a condition ready for guests to stay and example of this is Bedding was in a bad condition, was not clean or beds made up ready for guests to sleep in. "We’ve just had a very relaxing holiday staying in Jeremy’s villa. It had everything we needed & in a good location, close to village of Emba & Kissonerga. I would recommend hiring a car to get to shops, restaurants etc. Pool towels were provided, a good choice of books, a few puzzles & games (mainly for younger children but we brought our own games anyway). "We had a wonderful time in the villa. We came in February so the weather was not hot but the hot tub and heated pool were perfect for us (our kids are 11 and 13y). The views are spectacular and the villa is perfectly located to explore all of Cyprus. You can easily walk to the local taverna and supermarket. It’s located in a great spot, within walking distance from the village of Kathikas (a lovely small village), where we had access to Taverns, shops and pubs. The village is located close to the south of Paphos and also pretty close to the northern side of the island. "We’ve just returned from a 10 night break and have had a super time. The villa worked perfectly for us as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, with plenty of space to spend time together and apart. The pool area is a really good size with sunbeds and parasols. The area itself was peaceful, and although a bit of building work was being done in the area it caused us no bother. The kitchen was well equipped and a lovely welcome pack of milk, bread, cheese etc was waiting for us when we arrived....
